Sunroom and Deck Additions – Berkeley

We worked with first time homeowners to add a sunroom, bathroom, small bedroom, and deck off the back of the house to this 100-year-old home.  To make this remodel possible we had to address a number of structural issues as well as flooding in the basement. Our goal is always to build homes that will be here for another 100 years. The use of wood shows how simple materials can transform spaces.
