We were delighted to collaborate with Studio Urbis on this home with its unique take on mid-century design. The strong cubic style includes a touch of whimsy. The centerpiece of this home is the extraordinary pool with a glass wall providing views into the home. The design makes effective use of board formed and polished concrete. Custom exposed steel makes it possible to have large expanses of glass. The custom finished kitchen brightens up the entire space, while the open shelves provide plentiful storage and maintain the open modern feel. The pool house offers ample room for outdoor dining and entertainment.
