Originally designed by renowned Bay Area architect William Yelland, this storybook home was in need of attention. The structural elements were dilapidated and required major improvements. We used this opportunity to realign the interior to meet the needs of the new owners. Overall, the home was modernized using the latest technologies, all the while maintaining its historical integrity. This project called on the best of our craftspeople to carefully meet the historic nature of the building.
