Glass House ADU – Saratoga

This 1200 square foot customized accessory dwelling unit (ADU) showcases how an ADU can serve multiple functions. In this case, it provides our client a guest house, office, and private gym. Situated on a beautiful oak covered slope to take maximum advantage of the view to the east, with sliding doors giving direct access to a wood deck. The industrial aesthetics contrast and are enriched by the natural setting that is brought inside with the expansive use of glass. This ADU creates a multifunctional indoor/outdoor living experience.
