The kitchen space was created to bring the outdoors in for entertaining as well as to open the space to light and function. Large slider doors made all the difference, and the dramatic blue of the kitchen island brings a contemporary feel. The design of the rest of the home is connected to the design of the kitchen with the same light, bright, and transitional design with mid-century touches.
