Decks Make a New Home – Oakland

For this California bungalow we enlarged the master bedroom and added a steam room, but the heart of the project is the remade backyard. We started with reworking the drainage to provide a year-round useable space and then used hardscape pavers to create a ground level seating area. The redwood deck and fences bring the richness and durability to the project, while increasing livable space and enhanced privacy.
