This mid-century Oakland home was thoughtfully updated to enhance both form and function, blending timeless design with modern comfort. Canyon Design Build remodeled the kitchen and three bathrooms, transforming everyday spaces into elegant retreats.

In the kitchen, rich hardwood floors and Quartzite slab countertops pair beautifully with clean-lined cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances. A striking island with integrated sink anchors the space, complemented by a generous dining peninsula that invites casual gatherings. Subtle ceramic subway tile and abundant natural light complete the bright, modern aesthetic.

The primary bath evokes a serene spa experience, featuring a custom Japanese soaking tub positioned beneath picture windows with views of the Bay. A floating vanity, porcelain tile floors, and sleek fixtures maintain a minimalist sophistication that mirrors the home’s mid-century roots.

The result is a home that balances authenticity and innovation, offering refined spaces crafted for everyday living.
